Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) is the central business district of Los Angeles. Home to government buildings and various businesses ranging from large corporations to smaller shops in the fashion district, DTLA houses a variety of magnificent skyscrapers, art institutions, and sports facilities. It's also now home to the tallest building west of the Mississippi, the Korean Air building. Along with the construction of Staples Center and Nokia Theater, DTLA is undergoing a season of transformation as many historic building are being converted into high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
